You may return your item within 2 days from the date you received it.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Any and all edibles
• All tinctures
• Creams / balms / salves
• Vape cartridges and disposables
• Skincare products

For all eligible returns, please include:

• the purchased item
• proof of purchase
• item in original packaging
• item must be unopened

You are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

BW Fulfillment strongly recommends that you use a trackable shipping method when sending any return.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, securely place the item in its original packaging, if possible, along with proof of purchase.

After receiving and inspecting your return, BW Fulfillment will process your refund.

Please allow at least 1 week for return processing.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer.

BW Fulfillment will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
