Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders placed on BeyondWellness.shop are processed within 48-72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship to eligible U.S. addresses where permitted by law.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or destination.

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Backordered Items

If an item in your order is backordered, you will be notified via email with the estimated shipping date.

Orders may ship in multiple packages so that available items arrive on time.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ship all orders within 48-72 hours, delays may occur due to:

  • carrier service disruptions 
  • holidays or severe weather 

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Restricted Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
